Objectives

The final objective is the promotion of the scientific research activities in the fieldds of Social Science that are of interest to Basque society and the scientific development.

In order to achieve the objectives the association shall promote, in prioritise, cooperation and exchange between researchers, research groups and international institutions of science.

It will encourage prominent scientists’ participation in international research activities in the Basque Country research activity groups, but also the Basque Country researchers’ participation at an international level.
Partnership will also promote the implementation, within its own sphere of action, of activities such as:
* Scientific research projects
* Social reality analysis from the Social Science perspective.
* Make reports, surveys and other services demanded by the business, government or other agencies.
* Training activities, especially graduate and advanced courses and international scientific conferences.
* Other convenient activities for the associated objectives.

To carry out these activities we will stimulate the team work with the University of the Basque Country and other scientific research centres that develop their activities in the Social Sciences, such as the High Scientific Research Centre.

Training young researchers. The qualified researchers’ reception enables them to develop specific aspects of research and advanced knowledge in those areas.
